¹⁶ Then he said, “Come with me and ^(A)see my zeal for Yahweh.” So ^[a]he made him ride in his chariot. ¹⁷ And he came to Samaria ^(B)and struck down all who were left to Ahab in Samaria, until he had destroyed him, ^(C)according to the word of Yahweh which He spoke to Elijah.

¹⁸ Then Jehu gathered all the people and said to them, “^(D)Ahab served Baal a little; Jehu will serve him much.
